As per the popular architectural description, a townhouse is a house that shares at least one wall with the home standing adjacent to it. There is a row of several townhouses marking the edge of a street. Externally, all the townhouses appear to be the same in terms of its architectural styling and design.

It is a self-sufficient residential unit containing all the essential rooms and spaces, available in a house, generally set up on a single floor of a multi-storeyed building. It is a more compact form of accommodation choice one has. There can be several apartments on the same floor of the building. Suppose, the building has 5 floors. There can be 3-4 or even more apartments (compact residential units with all rooms and spaces) carved out from the available floor area on each floor. This way a single building can accommodate 15-20 apartments. The size and space layout decides how many apartments the builder can plan on each floor.

DAMAC Riverside View and DAMAC Riverside Apartment are the latest phase of the original DAMAC Riverside townhouse-only community. In this phase, we saw DAMAC Properties adding apartments to what they previously launched as a townhouse-exclusive community as an extension. The townhouse portion will have only townhouses. The new designated area within the community will have apartments lying far from the area where townhouses are. Shared communal amenities both the townhouse and apartment residents can indulge in.
A range of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments are being setup within the community. It was launched recently in January 2025. Investors and homebuyers both are showing good interest in it.
There is not much necessity to dig deeper to understand the comparative analysis of DAMAC Riverside Townhouses and Apartments. It is very simple and straightforward unless we wish to make it appear dramatic!
