Binghatti Skyflame at Majan - Master Plan

The Binghatti Skyflame Masterplan is structured as a high-density vertical residential development within Majan, a 1.5 million sq. m district in Dubailand. The project follows a G + 5 podiums + 27 residential floors + mechanical + roof configuration, integrating over 2,100+ residential units across studios to 2.5-bedroom layouts. 

The podium levels are designed for parking and amenity distribution, while upper levels focus on residential density with optimized layouts. Key lifestyle infrastructure includes elevated pool terraces, multi-sport courts, wellness zones, and retail at ground level. 

The masterplan emphasizes mixed-use integration, internal circulation efficiency, and community-level accessibility, supported by direct connectivity to E311 and Dubai–Al Ain Road, enabling city-wide access within 20–25 minutes.
