The project sits within a large-scale lagoon district of approximately 19.7 million sq.ft total community area.
The project offers studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 400 sq.ft to 1,417 sq.ft. The layout mix supports both compact living and family-oriented homes, with interiors designed in a modern Mediterranean style. Units feature semi-furnished delivery, fitted kitchens, soft color palettes, and clean architectural lines to enhance spatial comfort.
The DAMAC Valencia Masterplan is focused on lifestyle-driven community living. It includes lagoon-style waterfronts, outdoor yoga decks, swimming pools, outdoor cinema, amphitheatre spaces, retail pods, spa zones, and landscaped social areas. The design promotes walkability, wellness, and community interaction within a resort-style environment.
