Emaar Salva Masterplan
Emaar Salva Masterplan is part of The Heights, Dubai, a large-scale wellness-led residential district developed by Emaar Properties. The project sits within a master community spanning approximately 2.53 million sq.ft. of built-up villa development area, structured as a low-density residential enclave designed around wellness, nature integration, and long-term family living.
Salva is planned as a villa-only community featuring 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5-bedroom units, arranged in spatially separated clusters to ensure privacy, ventilation, and visual openness. The masterplan follows a biophilic planning approach, where built form is balanced with extensive landscaped networks, linear parks, walking trails, and shaded green corridors.
The development is anchored by a central wellness and community infrastructure zone, which includes clubhouse facilities, fitness areas, sports courts, and social gathering spaces. These elements are distributed strategically to ensure walkable access within residential clusters rather than centralized congestion points.
