Arada Jenna 1 Masterplan test
Arada Jenna 1 masterplan is about a cluster of six residential buildings as part of the Aljada masterplan, totalling 24 million sq.ft. The cluster is located adjacent to West Boulevard to allow easy walkability to retail and entertainment areas.
The masterplan integrates residential with landscaped gardens, schools, and leisure spaces, such as Madar at Aljada. Circulation is internally pedestrian-friendly, connecting green corridors with shaded areas.
Aljada is designed to house more than 25,000 residential units and currently has 20,000+ residents. Commercial, hospitality, and wellness assets are integrated to maintain test
