Emaar Serro 2 Masterplan
The Serro 2 Masterplan is part of The Heights, Dubai, a large-scale master development by Emaar Properties spanning approximately 2.08 million sq.ft. of built-up project area within a wider wellness-led district framework. The community is designed as a villa-only residential cluster with around 3–5 bedroom units, arranged in low-density formations to prioritize spatial openness, privacy, and landscape continuity.
The planning approach follows a nature-integrated residential model, where architecture and green infrastructure are developed in parallel. The masterplan includes a central wellness hub, clubhouse, and distributed lifestyle amenities such as walking trails, linear parks, water-inspired landscape zones, and open green corridors. These elements are structured to promote walkability and reduce reliance on internal vehicle movement.
