Master Plan
The Meriva Collection Masterplan is situated on the Dubai Islands, a cluster of five artificial islands offering luxury coastal living. It is one out of a large waterfront project that lays emphasis on contemporary island living and high-quality living. The development will have one-bedroom apartments, up to 4-bedroom apartments, and exclusive penthouses.
The project is to be developed as a low-density community as a private, peaceful and exclusive place to call home. It comprises several buildings of various sizes (G +2 to G + 20). These varying heights are well thought out to have the most units with a sea view and visible skyline. The landscaped walkways and green open spaces are incorporated all over the community.
The residents will be exposed to a broad spectrum of lifestyle amenities. These consist of swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, spa, yoga, and a Pilates studio. Other distinctive lifestyle spots included in the project were a jazz club, entertainment areas, and shopping centers.
