DAMAC Hills 2 (formerly Akoya Oxygen) is situated in the southern part of Dubailand, Dubai. It lies between major highways E66 (Al Ain Dubai Highway) and E77 (Lehbab Road), with Al Qudra Road (D63) bordering the community to the west.
