Jubail Island is developed and managed by LEAD Development. It's a AED15 billion master-planned community located between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The project is owned by Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC). LEAD Development is responsible for the full-cycle real estate development services for the project.
