Sobha Hartland 2 Overview
Sobha Hartland II, by Sobha Realty, is a master-planned, mixed-use development, which is an expanded version of the original Sobha Hartland. Construction in full-fledge commenced in 2023. The parent development lies directly west to it.
Like its parent development, this newer version also spans 8 million sq. ft. with 90 acres of open space greenery and multiple crystal lagoons. Located in Nad Al Sheba 1, close to Ras Al Khor Sanctuary and Meydan in Dubai, near major roads like Al Ain Road (E66) and Al Khail Road (E44). The area is called Bu Kadra.
Sobha Hartland 2 masterplan encompasses 5-6 bedroom villas and 1-4 bedroom apartments, parks, landscaped greenery, green alleys etc. The Southern part of the community nestles 10 40-story skyscrapers housing apartments overlooking a large lagoon, at the end of which are two clusters of gigantic skyscrapers.
The northern half of the community is a villa-exclusive sub community, with 2 sub-communities. Sobha The Mansion is in its planning phase and Sobha Estates, including three clusters of villas, is under-development.
