World Islands Dubai Overview
The World Islands Dubai is one of the most iconic developments in the UAE. It is a man-made archipelago of 300 islands that looks like a map of the world and lies 4 km off the coast of Dubai. Nakheel built the project, which covers 931 hectares and has 232 km of shoreline. It has 30 structures, 165 villas, 2,755 residential apartments, and 46 commercial units.
The islands within the area are named after countries, towns, and even famous people, like the Michael Schumacher Island, which was given to Dubai's ruler. They are grouped into seven continental clusters. Lebanon Island (home to The Island Dubai resort), Sweden Island, and the Heart of Europe project with floating villas and luxury resorts are all ongoing developments at the site.
You can get to this place by boat or seaplane, and it's only a 15-minute ride from Palm Jumeirah. It redefines high-end living. The area is Dubai's most creative leap into ultra-luxury living and hospitality. It will be home to the Nickelodeon Resort and other projects in the future. The area is a striking example of architectural vision and luxurious living.
