You can purchase standard villas and townhouses by opting for this payment plan, and you can avail of a 2% rebate. This payment plan is not applicable for purchasing premium villas in this community.
This payment plan is only for Premium Villas. 5% is the Down payment, and 30% of the remaining amount is payable on Handover. There is no rebate for this premium category property type!
You can buy standard villas and townhouses by opting for this payment plan but without any rebate, unlike the 80/20 one. One advantage you get is that you can pay 40% on Handover.
The project progression is divided into 5 milestones before the final handover in May, 2028. The project milestone excludes the Booking date and SPA sign date which was by the end of May in 2024.

6 BR Premium villas will have all these and a swimming pool with a lounge and second floor with a broad terrace. There is also a plan for including a Driver's room besides a Maid’s room.
