With a total building area of approximately 127,110 sq. ft, the development integrates a large-scale residential mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and limited 3-bedroom units. They are designed to balance affordability, rental demand, and vertical density within a single tower ecosystem. The project delivers over 1,800+ apartments. This makes it one of the higher-volume residential developments in the Motor City district.
The masterplan emphasizes lifestyle integration through layered podium amenities and vertical spatial planning. Residents benefit from adult and kids’ pools, artificial beach-style pool deck, basketball court, jogging track, yoga zones, gym, cabanas, and landscaped seating areas.
