Emaar Grove Ridge at Emaar South - Master Plan

Emaar Grove Ridge Masterplan is integrated within Emaar South, a strategically planned golf-centric district developed by Emaar Properties near Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo City Dubai corridor. The masterplan is designed around low- to mid-rise residential clusters positioned along landscaped green corridors and direct views of an 18-hole championship golf course. 

With a total building configuration of G+P+11 and G+P+9 structures, the development maintains a controlled density approach. Approximately 240,724 sq.ft. of built-up area is distributed into carefully zoned residential and amenity zones, prioritizing walkability and environmental integration.

The masterplan incorporates resort-style infrastructure including swimming pools, indoor and outdoor fitness zones, yoga decks, padel courts, BBQ pavilions, and dedicated children’s play areas, all interconnected through pedestrian-friendly pathways.
