Emaar Terra Woods Masterplan
Emaar Terra Woods Masterplan is part of Expo Living in Dubai Expo City, developed by Emaar Properties within the wider Expo 2020 legacy district. It’s planned as a green, wellness-focused community that blends city connectivity with a more relaxed, nature-inspired lifestyle.
The layout includes mid-rise residential buildings in a G+12 configuration along with townhouses, creating a balanced community feel without heavy density. With a total built-up area of around 786,710 sq.ft., the planning is centred on open spaces, landscaped paths, and easy movement between different parts of the community.
