Emaar Terra Gardens Masterplan is a low-rise residential development in Expo City Dubai. It is structured as G + 12 floors with a total built-up area of around 546,439 sq.ft. The project is designed around sustainability, open spaces, and community living inside a master-planned eco district.
The development offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 760 sq.ft to 2,702 sq.ft. The unit mix supports both small households and family living. Layouts are open and practical, with large windows to maximize natural light and outdoor views.
