City Walk Overview
Situated on Al Safa Street, close to Sheikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah Street, City Walk was established in 2017 primarily as a retail and recreation zone in Dubai.
From 2023 onwards, the scenario transformed with the enhancement of City Walk Dubai projects portfolio with residences, co-working venues, educational institutes, healthcare providers and offices. The ice-breaking point was the opening of Canadian University!
City Walk Dubai map clearly shows this 900,000 square meter City Walk was originally a vacant land within close proximity to the Jumeirah beachside district and Downtown Dubai district.
Now, it is a 3-phase and mixed-use freehold urban living destination with 48 building developments, including 30+ apartment buildings, spread over 5 sub-communities. Two major residential areas within City Walk Dubai are Central Park and City Walk Residences.
