Dubai Marina Overview
Emaar Properties developed Dubai Marina, a 3.5-kilometer-long man-made canal city in the middle of "New Dubai." There are more than 180 residential towers in this well-planned neighborhood, including the famous Princess Tower, which used to be the tallest residential building in the world. It has more than 200 skyscrapers and the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) complex, which has 15,000 people. It is the most popular neighborhood in the UAE.
